Videocon d2h troubleshooting methods

List of Videocon d2h troubleshooting

Insert Satellite Card Message Appears on screen

  1. Insert the smart card(satellite card) in the STB slot
  2. switch OFF and ON the SetTopBox(STB)/TV
  3. If problem continues replace the viewing card

Videocon d2h remote is not working

  1. Open the rear panel of remote control,check if proper batteries are inserted
  2. check proper connection of batteries
  3. replace the old battery with new ones
  4. ensure the is no obstacle between TV/STB

Videocon d2h -No sound

  1. Check if the sound is muted(press the unmute button)
  2. check the AV cables(Red,Black,White cable) are correctly connected into the socked of devices

Videocon d2h Set Top Box not working

  1. Check for AC main power switch
  2. try to use different plug point
