E16-4 SERVICE IS CURRENTLY SCRAMBLED
E04-SMART CARD FAILURE
Remove out the smart card from ur set top box gently,clean the sim part with soft cloth and reinsert it to the box again.
E52-NO SIGNAL
Reconnect the signal wire and check it.E30-4 SERVICE IS CURRENTLY SCRAMBLED
Other Problems
SUNDIRECT SET TOP BOX NOT WORKING
- Unplug the power wire and reinsert
- check the LED light is glowing ,if it does not glows or glows constantly in a single color there might be a problem in STB.
SUNDIRECT REMOTE NOT WORKING
- Open the rear panel of remote control,check if batteris are inserted
- it problem persists,check to see for proper connection of batteries
- it remote control still does not work,replace the old batteries with new ones
- ensure thers is no obstacle between the STB/TV/LCD unit
